This light into blue How does such blue light come to such glowing as this is the way it curves around these carved shapes to find itself within? cobalt, cut glass, blue clay comes into some new light in a wary way we could learn to paint a life on. Still see down there how those humbled cups in the corner are learning to lurk in cozy splendor, how that lolling leaf hunkers down nestling close there in its rightful place: we could try to make a soulful symphony out of such forms as life is made on, couldn’t we, if we dared let rays of waiting color give us over to such grace. |
